No appointments are necessary. You can visit our stores during our regular business hours to sell your cards.

Yes! Free play for any and all games that we sell is available at any time. We encourage casual play at all of our stores. If you are looking to find players for your game(s), you can join our discord to help find like-minded gamers at your local CoolStuffGames store.

Sometimes there are limits on product purchases based on availability and supply. This varies by game and release and will be clearly marked in-store if any items are affected in this way. These limits help ensure all players in their various communities get access to the product. Unless otherwise stated there are no limits to your singles or sealed purchases.

Depending on the game product and employee availability we may be able to teach/demo games for you in-store. Also look at each store’s Event Schedule for New Player or Learn to Play events coming soon. Attending regular weekly events for whatever game you’re interested in is another way to spectate and learn that game from the community that currently supports it.

The condition of your cards can impact their final value. Our team will assess your cards’ condition during the verification process.

You can choose to be paid in cash or receive a 25% bonus on the total value of your Sell Order in store credit.
