One Piece OP-13 Carrying On His Will Release Event
Attention One Piece players! Bandai is celebrating the third anniversary of the One Piece Card Game with a special Release Event for OP-13, Carrying On His Will!
The Three Brothers return in style! Featuring new cards for Luffy, Ace, and Sabo, as well as other favorites like Uta and Boa Hancock!
For our Release Event, each player will receive 6 booster packs of the new set, as well as a 3rd Anniversary Tournament Pack and a 3rd Anniversary 3 Brothers Tournament Pack! Players will then build a 40 card deck with a leader from the packs that they open or the Rainbow Luffy leader from their 3 Brothers Tournament Pack. They will then play a number of single-elimination rounds until a number of undefeated players equal to our number of winner promos available remains.
Entry: $30
Date: Thursday, November 6th
Event Start Time: 7PM
Tournament Format: Sealed Deck
Tournament Structure: Single elimination
Minimum Players to Launch Tournament: 4
Prize Support:
-Each participant will receive a 3rd Anniversary Tournament Pack containing two cards and a 3rd Anniversary Tournament 3 Brothers Pack, containing a 3rd Anniversary Rainbow Luffy Leader and one of three Three Brothers cards at random
-The top finishers for the event will receive one each of 3rd Anniversary Winner promos of ST01-012 Monkey.D.Luffy, OP07-053 Portgas.D.Ace, and OP09-027 Sabo!

RULES QUESTIONS: At any point in the game, a player may call a judge for assistance with a ruling or interaction. The judge will not be able to issue you any advice about the game state or what decisions you should make.

TRADING: While trading is fine, please note that buying/selling items with anyone other than Cool Stuff Games staff (or soliciting to do so elsewhere) is against both our rules and the law. Doing so may result in both the buyer and the seller being removed from the property, both being permanently banned from returning and/or the police being notified.
Cool Stuff Games also reserves the right to limit the amount of space being occupied by any one individual while trading, and does not allow the use of suitcases, handcarts, luggage carts, etc. to be used for the purpose of transporting excessive amounts of trade stock.
CODE OF CONDUCT:
All food & drink must be kept off the tables except for where signage says otherwise.
Horseplay, roughhousing, rude/disrespectful/discourteous behavior, and foul language are not permitted.
Report any lost or unattended item(s) to a Cool Stuff Games staff member.
