CSG Maitland Trade Night!
Calling all TCG Players! Join us on Sunday, November 15th starting at 12:00PM for our Monthly Trade Night! On the 15th Of Every Month we will be inviting our communities to come and trade their cards and gaming accessories! Come bring your binders, and find something special not only by trading with each-other but with also our store!
For one night only we will be doing increased store credit percentages and collection buys! Our store buyers will also be setting up appointments for larger buys or taking trades while able. Locals proceeding as normal, but all TCG’s are welcome!
IMPORTANT NOTE
Cash Trading or Sales between patrons is not allowed. Any customers witnessed selling cards for cash will be asked to leave or further consequences based on severity. However, customers are welcome to trade with our store staff and buyers for any cash and fast pay-out needs.

Prizes: Raffle tickets and prizes amongst everyone who has completed a trade! Limit 1 entry per person, raffle will be ran the following day amongst all participants, and winners contacted!

Get event info, share pulls, chat about your favorite games, and participate in free giveaways!
Outside food & drink:
You may bring outside food and drinks. Please clean up after yourselves and be conscious of cards or games in progress.
Rules questions:
Players may call a judge or store associate for assistance with a ruling or interaction. They will not be able to issue you any advice about the game state or what decisions you should make.
Trading:
Trading is allowed, but please note that buying/selling items with anyone other than CSG staff (or trying to buy or sell elsewhere) is against our rules. Anyone who does so may be removed from our store. CSG also reserves the right to limit the amount of space being occupied by any one individual while trading, and does not allow the use of suitcases, handcarts, luggage carts, etc. to be used for the purpose of transporting excessive amounts of trade stock.
Code of conduct:
- All food & drink must be kept off the tables except for where signage says otherwise.
- Horseplay, roughhousing, rude/disrespectful/discourteous behavior, and foul language are not permitted.
- Report any lost or unattended item(s) to a CSG staff member.
- Most importantly, HAVE FUN!
Event policies:
Players that sign up through their game’s available software, event locators, and apps have no guarantee that they will be able to play in our event until their registration is paid and complete.
For most special events tickets will be presold in advance when available and for all other events including locals a priority based system will be used to determine player participation. Prioritization will be given to players who arrived early/on time and that have been signed up in their game’s app up-to the capacity limit of the event.
In person sign up sheets in store will be used on day of the event for players not yet in their game’s software and/or for waitlist events. Sign-up’s begin at least 1 hour before event fire and our TO’s will begin inputting players into event software 15 minutes prior to the start time of the event, if not sooner. Events will not fire late or be held for tardy players.
