Pokemon Black and White Prerelease – April 23rd, 2011

Join us Saturday, April 23rd for the Pokemon Black and White TCG Prerelease!
This is your first chance to get your hands on cards from the new Black and White set! Registration for this event starts at 10:30am and runs through 1pm. The entry fee is $25, and each player will receive 8 booster packs, a deck box and a promo card (while supplies last).

Mirrodin Besieged Prerelease – The Hoss Challenge

Everyone who plays in tomorrow night's FNM will receive a $5 voucher good towards either Mirrodin Besieged main Prerelease Event! And just to keep things spicy, Hoss is challenging any and all comers to a gun slinging match. Everyone who plays will get a raffle ticket, and the winner of the raffle will receive free* admission to one of the main events!
*Free admission is not transferable - no scalping!

Join us January 28th through the 30th for the Mirrodin Besieged Prerelease Party! Players will receive 3 Scars of Mirrodin boosters and their choice of either 3 Mirran or Phyrexian Mirrodin Besieged packs and promos for their respective factions: Glissa, the Traitor for Phyrexia, Hero of Bladehold for Mirrodin (while supplies last). Here's a handy schedule of events for that weekend:
Friday: Registration for the two midnight drafts begins at 11pm, gameplay starts at 12AM. $15 Entry, single elimination.
Saturday: 11AM Registration, 12PM Start: 1st Main Sealed Event. $25 Entry Fee, 4 Rounds of Swiss (you can register beforehand as well - just stop by the store and ask to fill out the sign up sheet).
2PM: Sign ups for side event drafts will begin.
Sunday: 11AM Registration, 12PM Start: 2nd Main Sealed Event. $25 entry, 4 rounds of swiss.
2PM-close: Side event drafts based on product availability, promos also if available.
You can also earn a voucher for $2 off either main Sealed Event when you spend $20 or more in the store between now and January 29th. No more than one $2 voucher can be used per customer. Spread the word - we'll see you here!
Pokemon HS Triumphant Prerelease – Saturday, October 23rd

We'll be holding a pre-release for Pokemon - HS Triumphant on Saturday, October 23rd! Doors will open at 10am and registration will begin at 10:30am. The entry fee is $25 and everyone will receive 8 packs to play with, a promo card and sleeves (while supplies last). UPDATE! Today's sealed tournament was a success, and we STILL have 46 slots open for tomorrow's sealed tournament! Registration starts at 11am and the game begins at 12pm - get here early to ensure your spot!
Join us next Saturday and Sunday for the Scars of Mirrodin Prerelease Party! We'll be running a sealed tournament with &25 entry fee. The sign up sheet is available now in the store, so make sure to stop and secure your spot! Players will receive a Wurmcoil Engine Promo (while supplies last), and as always, free pizza and a drink for everyone who plays. The prize structure will be the following:
4 Wins - 8 SoM and 6 M11 packs
3 Wins - 5 SoM and 3 M11 packs
2 Wins - 1 SoM and 1 M11 packs
Everyone who plays will also receive a $5 voucher good towards any draft or FNM entry. We will also be running $12 Single Elimination side drafts with 8-4 prize structures.
Sunday will feature the same events as Saturday. (Note: Side Drafts and Sunday events are pending product availability.) Registration for both days starts at 11am with the main Sealed Event starting at 12pm. Tell your friends and spread the word - we'll see you here.
Magic 2011 Launch Party – July 16th through the 18th!

Magic 2011 releases this Friday, July 16th, and we're celebrating all weekend long.
We'll be running M11 drafts on Friday from noon until 3 pm, then we'll start again after the second round of FNM and go all night long. Registration for the Sealed tournament on Saturday will start at 9am and gameplay will begin at 10. It's $20 to play, and everyone gets a free slice of pizza and a drink, plus an alternate art Ancient Hellkite promo (while supplies last). Drafts will start again after the sealed tournament as well as all day Sunday.
As an added bonus, if you're among the first 20 customers to come pick up their box of M11 from the store, you'll receive a foil, alternate art Birds of Paradise! You can pre-order your box online but you must select "Store Pick-Up" in order to be eligible. Supplies are limited, so be sure to get here early.
Remember that M11 will be standard legal as of July 16th, so this week's FNM will be the first place to rock out your new cards. Tell some friends and get ready to have a blast - see you here!

Registration on Saturday begins at 12 and the sealed tournament starts at 1pm. It'll be $25 to enter and everyone gets 6 packs of M11 plus a promo Sun Titan card (while supplies last)! We'll also be running another $25 sealed tournament on Sunday (pending product availability), with registration at 12 and start time at 1pm, as well as $10 drafts after the tournament.
We are cancelling our Sunday, July 11th, Pre-Release events, we have run out of product and are not permitted to use any more.
